Without doubt, Danny Lugo is the contemporary choreographer with greater prestige in Puerto Rico and Latino America, at the present time. His preparation began as dancer in the Academy Dances Machine where he trained by 5 years with the teachers Sophy Sanfiorenzo and Joy Chéveres. Very early it worked with artists like: Luis Fonsi, Noelia, Giselle, David Bisbal, Luis Enrique, Ana Isabelle, Arcángel, Rakim & Ken-Y among others.
His most recent works of choreography include: Contest of Miss World PR, Latin Billboard Awards , Latin Grammys Awards, “Premios Lo Nuestro”, “Premios Juventud” and “Yo Me Llamo”. In addition, he has worked with artists like: Black-Eyed Peas, Pitbull, Juanes, Pillar Monte Negro, Paulina Rubio, Olga Tañon, Jean Carlos Canela, Gloria Stefan, Alicia Villareal, RBD, Wisin & Yandel, Gocho, Ambar, Carlos Vives and Michel Telo. At this moment he is choreographer of: Luis Fonsi, Olga Tañon, Maluma, Farruko, David Bisbal, Ana Isabelle and Ken-Y. As well important, Danny is part of the faculty of the prestige Broadway Dance Center in New York City.
Danny Lugo has worked with the three “Coaches” of “La Voz Kids”. He was the choreographer of Prince Royce in the prestigious Latin Billboard Awards, Roberto Tápia in Premios Tu Mundo and Latin Billboard Award with the song “Que Raro se Siente”. In addition, to danced next to Paulina Rubio from the 2006 in the Latin Billboard, her greater successes “Te Quise Tanto” and choreographer in Latin Billboard Award 2016 “Si te vas”.
His great heart has support many young dancers granting a scholarship in the Academy and with this, he realize many drems allowing them to shine in many productions like: R-Show, “Escarpada” and The Gift.
Danny Lugo: “We have an inside gift to share with others. That special characteristic make use unique. God give us that gift. The busy style of life frequently does not allow to see and enjoy that, but in general we can find that in the small things like the simplicity of the life.”
